Day 1. Arrival Paro - Thimphu

Day 1: Arrival to International airport Paro and departure to Thimphu capital city of Bhutan, after the lunch leisure sightseeing around Thimphu, evening talk on Buddhism and meditation. Overnight Resort/Hotel Thimphu.
Day 2-3: Morning Hike to Chhokortshe Monastery above capital city for one hour and half, after morning tea, meditation at the monastery. Late evening hike back to the city. Overnight Resort/Hotel Thimphu. The next day after breakfast drive to Dochula (3050mts/10000fts) for 45min. after reaching to Dochula meditation into the caves above the 108 Stupa. Overnight Dochula Resort.
Day 4-5: After the breakfast drive to Punakha visit Punakha Dzong, After the lunch take a short easy hike to Chimi Lhakhang, the fertility temple, through a lovely rice field and afterward visit a local traditional farmhouse. Overnight Resort/Hotel at Punakha. Followed the next day with a visit Talo monastery, on the way take a visit to Nunnery monastery where you will have time to mingle and get to know the local nuns, then drive to Talo, from Talo Options hike to Punakha Dzong or Drive back, after that visit the longest suspension bridge in Bhutan. You will also have the opportunity to make a hike up to a temple and view over Punakha Valley. Overnight Resort/Hotel at Punakha.
Day 6-8: Today drive to Paro via Dochula, you will have the opportunity to stop along the way and enjoy the beautiful surrounds if preferred. You will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and then take a short drive to a local temple. You will have a chance to wander around Paro town. Overnight Resort/Hotel at Paro. The following day after breakfast visit to Dzong Drakha Monastery for your meditation, the monastery is 30min drive from your hotel towards south of Paro valley, here you will be staying overnight for couple of days. Overnight at Meditation monastery. The next day after breakfast take a walk around the nearby village to learn more about Bhutanese cultural and the way of life at a farmhouse, lunch at local farm house with the farmers. After lunch walk back to monastery to continue your meditation.
Day 9-10: Morning Hike to Tiger Nest, as you return enjoy traditional cow boy hot pack lunch. After the hike leisure walk at Paro town. Overnight Resort/Hotel at Paro. On your final day after breakfast we will transfer you for your departure to the International Airport Paro.

Indigenous medicine units have been established in all 20 Dzongkhags (districts) and can provide tourists with traditional remedies for many ailments they may have. Hot springs or Tshachus as they are locally known, can be found all over the Kingdom and their medicinal properties have been known to help with various ailments ranging from arthritis to body aches and even sinuses.
